This might be a bit random since you don't know me and I don't know you but i just happened to come across this cool drawing XD
Anyway, i think you could change up the background a little bit since it blends in with some of the clothing which sort of affects the focus of the drawing, which I assume are the two in the centre. Also, I believe your lines seem bit shaky and split, so them being more connected could perhaps improve the flow of everything. I like the blur you did though, but maybe not putting it in all the areas would be good, so that everyone can really focus on what's going on instead of the un-blurred dress that's really standing out. Another thing to add on, maybe using a darker version of the colour you're using to shade could improve the shading. It seems like you just used black and an airbrush to shade, which sort of takes the life out of the drawing. Along with that, putting more detail into the clothing could be done. More wrinkles and signs of texture would be good. Other than all that, I say this is a lovely drawing, and I feel it shows the feeling of the situation going on in the drawing. I love the tiny blush! ^^
